1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and JNT777 ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the jnt777.vu website, mobile application, and all related services provided by us.

2 Member Eligibility

The jnt777 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following requirements. We take seriously our responsibility to ensure our platform is used only by those who are legally eligible.

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list issued by the relevant authorities.
• Register under your own name and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• jnt777 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to register as members.
• Individuals who have previously been banned or had their account suspended by jnt777 are not permitted to re-register without written authorisation.

3 Account Registration

Each member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jnt777 platform. Owning more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

• Your full name must match your official identification document.
• An active Malaysian phone number is required for SMS verification.
• A valid email address is required for account communications.
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for added security.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or a valid Malaysian driving licence.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

JNT777 supports a wide range of local payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All deposits are processed instantly, while withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallets and 1 to 3 hours for bank transfers.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limit: RM50,000 (may be increased for VIP members).
• All withdrawals must be made to the same account or wallet used for the deposit.
• Your first withdrawal requires a successful KYC verification.

• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that apply.
• Bets placed during a technical disruption will be reviewed and decided by jnt777.

• Use of the jnt777 logo or brand for commercial purposes requires a separate licensing agreement.

9 Account Termination

JNT777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds that may lead to account termination include:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information.
• Use of unauthorized technical means to gain an advantage in games.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the jnt777 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no unresolved disputes or term violations.

10 Limitation of Liability

The jnt777 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, jnt777 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

• JNT777 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• jnt777's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
